A Futsal Referees training course will take place at Trinity Comprehensive School, Ballymun on Sat 19th June from 09.30 to 16.00 approx. The course is designed to equip currently registered football referees with the basic skills necessary to officiate a Futsal match.Referees who may be interested in becoming involved in Futsal as well as football are welcome to attend. |

Members of the Irish Futsal team were cheering on the Benfica team in the recent UEFA Futsal Cup final in Lisbon. Members of the team including Mark Langtry, and Ian Byrne remembered fondly their experience of playing against the Benfica U21 team in 2007. Some of the players who played that day played in the UEFA Futsal Cup final last week. |
